WARRANTY POLICY

Thank you for purchasing Products from the Kreische Electronics.

This Warranty Policy applies to all the products bought from the Kreische Electronics (“the Products”)

WHAT DOES THE WARRANTY COVER?

The Warranty covers products with manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under the normal use during the warranty period. 

DURATION OF THE WARRANTY PERIOD

Listed below are the Products covered in this Warranty along with its corresponding warranty period.  The Warranty Period starts from the date the products were shipped from the Kreische Electronics.

All repaired or replaced products assume the remaining warranty period of the original products or 3 months from the repaired or replaced date, whichever is longer. 

CORRECTIVE MEASURES DONE TO THE PROBLEMS

During the warranty period, if the Products were found to be defective even though proper installation, usage, and maintenance were done, the Kreische Electronics will repair or replace the products at no charge. 

EXCLUSIONS TO THE WARRANTY COVERAGE

This Warranty Policy does not cover:

  1. Products that are found to be defective after the warranty period expired.
  2. Products that are not made by the Kresiche Electronics.
  3. Unable to provide Proof of Purchase during the request for warranty claims.
  4. Products subjected to misuse or abuse, whether accidentally or intentionally such as dropping the Products, spilling liquids on the Products, force pressure, etc. 
  5. Products damaged by natural disasters and other inevitable external forces including but not limited to flood, fire, earthquake, lightning, transport accidents).
  6. Products damaged due to improper usage and maintenance.
  7. Failure to read and understand the Product manual on the proper installation, use, and care for the Products that led to its damage and malfunction.
  8. Products modified in any way not described in the Product manual.
  9. Products that were attempted or actually opened, repaired, or tampered by anyone unauthorized Kreische Electronics.

RETURNING OF THE PRODUCTS TO KREISCHE ELECTRONICS

You are responsible for the fees and insurance incurred to ship back the Product to Kreische Electronics whether the Product is under or out-of-warranty. There will be no payment refund in exchange for this. 

If the Product needs to be returned, you will need to contact the Kreische Electronics Customer Service Team first and make a request. Once they approve the return, you may send the Products to the Kreische Electronics. Products returned to us without the approval will not be accepted and processed. 

STEPS TO REQUEST FOR WARRANTY CLAIMS

If the Product is found to be defective and is within the Warranty Period, please follow this steps so we can be able to assist with your concerns smoothly and immediately:

  1. Contact the Kreische Electronics Customer Service Team to raise your concerns and problems with the Product.
  2. Present a valid Proof of Purchase of the Product you want to claim warranty.
  3. With the approval of the Customer Service Team, you can send back the Product and cover all expenses and insurance.
  4. The Kreische Electronics will inspect the product on the related concerns.
  5. The Customer Service Team will inform you immediately on the status of the Product, if it is covered under the warranty (please note that the Kreische Electronics has the right to deny warranty claims if the Product is deemed to the Exclusions of the Warranty Coverage), what Product or part needs repair or replacement, and the time frame of repair or replacement. 
  6. The Customer Service awaits for your reply. 
  7. With your approval, the Product will be fixed or replaced, then the Kreische Electronics will send the Product back with no additional shipping costs. 

IF THE PRODUCTS ARE OUT-OF-WARRANTY

If the Product needs to be fixed or replaced however the Product is over the Warranty Period, you can still have it repaired or replaced but you have to cover for the repair or replacement costs. 

  1. Contact the Kreische Electronics Customer Service Team to raise your concerns and problems with the Product.
  2. Present a valid Proof of Purchase of the Product you want to claim warranty.
  3. With the approval of the Customer Service Team, you can send back the Product and cover all expenses and insurance.
  4. The Kreische Electronics will inspect the product on the related concerns.
  5. The Customer Service Team will inform you immediately on the status of the Product, if it is covered under the warranty (please note that the Kreische Electronics has the right to deny warranty claims if the Product is deemed to the Exclusions of the Warranty Coverage), what Product or part needs repair or replacement, the time frame of repair or replacement, and the total repair costs quote.
  6. The Customer Service awaits for your reply. 
  7. If you decide to have the Products fixed, the Kreische Electronics will have it repaired or replaced and after the Kreische Electronics will send it back to you (please note that the shipping fee back to you is included in the total repair cost quote).
  8. However, if you opt not to repair the Product, the Product will be sent back again but you have to cover for shipping costs. Alternatively, you can request the Kreische Eelctronics to dispose the product on your behalf at no extra cost.

The Products that remain uncollected after 3 months of notifying that the Product is ready for shipping, will be disposed by the Kreische Electronics at their sole discretion.
