REFUNDING THE PRODUCTS
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received the Product. You must contact our Kreische Electronics Customer Service Team immediately to help you with your concerns.
To be eligible for returns, the product/s:
- must be unused, not damaged, no scratches
- must be in the same condition that you received it
- must be in its original packaging
- need/s to have the proof of purchase shown
If the Customer Service Team granted access to return the product for inspection, please complete these following steps:
- Ship back the item to the Kreische Electronics. You will be responsible for the shipping costs and insurance for your returned Product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Upon receiving the item you wish to refund, the Kreische Electronics will inspect it. We will be identifying the problem or complaint of the Product.
- The Customer Service Team will immediately inform you on the status of the refund.
- If the Product is approved for refund, the Kreische Electronics will 100% return your money back to your nominated credit card or to your original method of payment.
- You will receive your credit back within 5 – 10 days depending on your card issuer’s policies.
